Important Announcement

For employees of Saudi Oger Ltd – UNDER LIQUIDATION -

Per the previous announcement in regard noticing all former employees of Saudi Oger Ltd. - under liquidation - to extend the deadline for receiving requests to complete data and documents related to them until the end of Tuesday, January 31, 2023 AD, by entering the Ehqaq platform by the following link:

ehqaq.sa/saudioger

As the deadline for receiving requests has expired, where some employees who did not submit the update request for different reasons, we inform you that the platform will continue to receive requests to complete missing data and documents along with filing claims to the court. Notably, after filing claims to the court, the applicant won't be able to submit any other request to complete missing data and documents - in case the applicant has not previously applied-.

Accordingly, all former employees of the company that previously submitted their claims, whether directly or through a lawyer or a legal agent, must enter the platform link and submit a request to complete the required data and documents regarding their claim before completing the filing of claims to the court. We assure that in the case of not submitting a request to complete missing data, that might lead to rejecting of the claim.
